The evening I took Jennifer’s headshots was the same evening England were playing in the Euro’s; it was a super important match too, so the streets were pretty empty, which I find is an ideal way for somebody to relax into a shoot. Couple this good fortune with the most perfect golden hour of the year so far! Sometimes all of the moving parts you hope for come together on a shoot.
Jennifer spent a long time in the world of law and decided to pivot to something very different. She retrained with the Coactive Training Institute and is now a practising life and career coach.
In her own words ‘I qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 after years of long and expensive training and, as the years went by, realised that I was gradually moving away from the person I was and wanted to be, due to the nature and pressures of the job and the realities of the corporate world…I started feeling anxious, lost and overwhelmed as if I had made the biggest irreversible mistake of my life.
I’m sure we can all relate to some degree, right?

you are the face of your brand
As a creative entrepreneur you may well have a craft or product to sell. And maybe it feels easy shouting about the benefits of that into your social channels. ‘Here look at this wonderful thing I made’ and of course that’s amazing. But what if you are a service provider? YOU are your product.
The best way to support your visibility and boost your social media courage is by having a set of photographs of yourself that you love. Images you can share with confidence, not cringe. I currently have Personal Brand Headshot spots available for July in London, click below to book yours.
